The Head of Infrastructure Investment leads SE’s overall Infrastructure Investment strategy, aligning ambitious projects with our capital investment for productivity, energy transition and scaling innovation priorities. This is a crucial role developing and delivering the critical projects that will attract developers and investors to Scotland.
The role
Join us and lead the pipeline development teams building SE’s infrastructure investment opportunities and engaging investors and developers to secure funding. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities meeting SE’s mission priorities. You’ll clear the way for your team, finding solutions to commercial viability issues. Together, you’ll deliver compelling and credible strategic propositions that can be taken to a broad range of domestic and international investors and developers.
Your propositions will include blended models of public funding as well as those leveraging SE’s existing land and property portfolio. You’ll also be responsible for identifying individual infrastructure investment projects and aggregating them into portfolios to help secure investment from large-scale investors and developers.
