The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to deliver on our ‘innovative places’ ambitions. You’ll lead on the project management and governance of both infrastructure-based and research-focused projects. Working with colleagues and regional and national partners, you’ll deliver outcomes including jobs creation and carbon reduction. You’ll also manage and build relationships across a range of partnership groups, and provide expert advice on SE- and partner-led project development.

You’ll have an in-depth understanding of place-making within an economic development context, and demonstrable project management experience. You’ll have worked collaboratively in a challenging environment and be comfortable working independently, with the expertise to influence at all levels.
