Our team in DDIT (Digital, Data and Information Technologies) design, develop and deliver a reliable suite of digital and IT services across Scottish Enterprise (SE).
Join us in our Technical Operations team to work across all areas of service assurance – including cyber security, business continuity, website assurance, communications, and technical delivery.
In this fast-growing area of the business, you’ll develop expertise and skills that are increasingly in-demand. As we design and deliver new digital and data services, you’ll become more and more involved, helping to improve service quality and security in the design or procurement of new online tools and services.
The role
You’ll be working with the business and our development teams to champion best practice management of digital services. You’ll help develop and deliver plans to launch and manage services, while meeting digital and technical standards for public service.
Your work will include business continuity for systems, cyber security (with security guides for procurement), management of information systems, and the information asset register process. Working across all business directorates, you’ll maintain best practice in digital delivery – to give staff and customers confidence in SE services.

You can successfully combine team-working and problem-solving with an understanding of technical and digital delivery. You’ll be eager to learn new skills to better support IT and digital delivery.
