That includes an active loan book, liaising internally with portfolio and transaction functions who are completing a high volume of investments and exits in exciting companies.
· Driving digitalisation – you’ll help progress the next phase of development for the team’s information management and reporting system. You will be the team’s key contact for wider IT initiatives across the organisation, ensuring the team’s system requirements aligns with other SE systems. You’ll also help establish a road map for a new suite of reports, additional functionality and streamlined processes and procedures.
· Managing a team – you’ll be responsible for management of three business partners and one analyst. In leading the team, you’ll focus on supporting individuals’ development and succession planning to mirror the growth and evolving business needs of the GI team.
