Join Scottish Enterprise’s (SE) digital team and help deliver digital products to some of Scotland’s most transformative businesses.
This role oversees digital product delivery within our Enabling Customers portfolio, which includes a large Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, an online grants system and a new online Customer Platform.
Work with us and you’ll get to evolve the most front-facing part of our organisation and meet the needs of the businesses making a difference to Scotland’s economy.
The role
As senior Delivery Manager, you’ll be working within a team of digital specialists creating complex, high risk products and services that improve underlying business processes and the systems facilitating them. These products are used across all areas of the organisation and the businesses we work with.
Your role will be to manage delivery of the products through project management: understanding what needs to be done and tracking delivery. You’ll work with the delivery team to improve performance and make sure they are set up for success.
As a senior Delivery Manager you will be the main point of escalation, as well as developing the team’s professional practice in delivery.

You’ll have experience leading cross-functional teams across complex/multiple digital service design projects within a portfolio.
You know how to communicate with your team and key stakeholders to improve processes and performance and you’re a problem-solver by nature – you understand team dynamics and how to fix them.
Focused on how the team can deliver results and work with momentum, you’re an advocate for the positive difference we can make.
